stayed at Nikko and the lovely young lady at check-in was great. spacious room with a comfortable bed and a view of the city. immaculate bathroom fully stocked with toiletries. lovely, friendly, and professional staff. great dog-friendly hotel with indoor pool, jacuzzi, and 24-hour room service. excellent customer service. always return for business.
